  1.                       QUIKCOPY and Disk-Caches

  3. This is a request to users of disk-caching software as to whether  or  not
  4. QUIKCOPY experiences any problems with these caches. In the  documentation
  5. of QUIKCOPY, it was requested that users contact the author when  problems
  6. arise out of the use of a disk-cache with QUIKCOPY. As  of  yet,  no  such
  7. problems have arisen, and it is therefore presumed there are none (?).

  9. Currently, only HYPERDISK is supported to inhibit any  problems  that  may
  10. arise. Problems may particularly occur when copying non-standard  diskette
  11. formats, using write-back (write-delay) disk-caches that are able to cache
  12. diskette-drives.

  14. It would be greatly  appreciated  if  anyone  experiencing  problems  with
  15. disk-caches report these problems to the author. A  short  description  of
  16. the problem and (of course) the name  of  the  cache  involved  should  be
  17. included.
